ABSTRACT

Lee Hak-kyu and Han Jae-ryeom met for the first time since 1793, before being exiled in 1801, the friendship was more than anyone. They visit each other’s house and gave writing, and book through the exchange of academic consensus has formed. And deep friendship of two men after the death of Han was continued until his son. In addition, the friendship of two men just does not stay on the level of giving and receiving for poetry, including book exchange has been expanded to the area of intellectual exchange. As time passes after the two men formed a common area of academic interest. Meanwhile,the friendship of two men of the researchers were out of sight. But the two men who went into exile than before to maintain a thick friendship and literary consensus was formed. The search for their friendship, relationships of the late Joseon scholars will be able to present a new aspect. Furthermore, each of them used to study the literature and studies shall be deemed to provide rich nourishment.
