AB - This paper under the view of ‘agendum hegemony’ describes how the strong men made their agenda and what to do under it. Our experiences go up to Korean war. The conceptions of these agenda are very negative over the neutral status. Because those who control the conceptions are powerful, I would like to analysis them from the point of weak men’s view. Agenda are masks.
The man who wield the agenda occupy the hegemony. The anticommunists offend the inner enemy under the pretense of the outer. The modernization men claim minor sacrifices are inevitable. The science men think science is not a hypothesis but the truth. The economy men with disregard for fare competition are against equality under the cloak of freedom.
The anticommunists regard ‘the reds’ are not human beings. The modernization men create the new word ‘working hard’(Geunro) instead of labour(Nodong). The science men change a science as hypothesis into ‘technic’. The economy men under politician’s wings justify ‘monopoly’ or ‘oligopoly’. The justice men against small ‘social evil’ hide their huge political evil of coup.
If there is not agenda, there is not hegemony. Those who desire to grasp hegemony seize the agenda first. Those who catch agenda by force become the good, while those who are robbed of it become the bad. Those who take up a agendum hegemony is right, while those who take away it should live without name. This is the reason why we could not select our name easily.
