AB - Coastal pollution response map is the guide for deciding response strategy which is minimize damage cause marine pollution accident. Coastal response map is composed of shoreline index, biological features, socio-economic features. These information about specific coastal area are provided in order to establish response strategy efficiently and rapidly. Not only environment sensitivity information about shoreline and coastal resources but also distribution and capability of the response resources are provided together. On this study, construction, production and application of the recent
Korean coastal pollution response map are analyzed and plans for advanced map are indicated.
