AB - A study on the Youl Byung(熱病) of the Young Chu(靈樞), one of the classic book of oriental medicine, was carried out analytically for the right comments. The principal ideas obtained summarized as follows; The Youl Byung(熱病) is in chapter 23, volume 5 of the hwang jae nae gyong(黃帝內經) 『Youl Byung(熱病)』says youl byung(熱病) of symptoms, diagnosis, medical treatment, and chimgabeb(鍼刺法) by geng sang(症狀) of youl byung(熱病) This book consist of three part. The first part explain 'chimgabeb(鍼刺法) of pen go(偏枯) and pung bi(風痱). The second part explain 'chimgabeb(鍼刺法) of youl byung(熱病)'. The chapter 1 of second part explain 'chimgabeb(鍼刺法) by maeg sang(脈狀) of youl byung(熱病)'. The chapter 2 of second part explain 'chimgabeb(鍼刺法) of ogang youl byung(五臟熱病)'. The chapter 3 of second part explain 'chimgabeb(鍼刺法) by geng sang(症狀) of youl byung(熱病)'. The chapter 4 of second part explain 'gmchimgubeb(禁鍼九法) of youl byung(熱病)'. The chapter 5 of second part explain 'fiftyninehole of position'. The third part explain 'asthma, sim san(心疝), hu bi'(喉痺), pung gyung(風痙), guo han(中寒), run(隆), bog gang(腹脹)'. After 『Nae Gyung(內經)』『Jae Byung On Hu Ron (諸病源候論) 『Bi Gub Chun Gum You Bang(備急千金要方)』 『Maig Gyung(脈經)』『Yoi Dae Bi Yo(外臺秘要)』『O Sim Bang(醫心方)』『Sang Han Back Dung Ga(傷寒百證歌)』. This all medical Books take a line from Youl Byung(熱病)
