ABSTRACT

Sa Jeon(師傅) of the Young Chu(靈樞), one of the classical book of oriental medicine, derived from its contents. It means that Master transfers something he knows by mind and body to his disciple. It can be classified by contents as two chapters and five paragraphs. Main contents can be summarized as following; The first chapter stated that first of all doctors have to know yin-yangㆍpulseㆍqi and then they have to synthesize them rationally to diagnose precisely, make patients feel comfortable according to patients' favor and hate. The second chapter stated that we can know viscera' s (including the five solid organs, six hollow organs and extraordinary fu-organs) condition through observation of the body, articulation and prominence of large skeletal muscles. Especially, contents of the second chapter is one of the most important part in diagnosis of looking. This part is worth to studying throughly because it presented method that we can diagnose precisely without asking patients' disease.
