ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the effects of interactivity and informativeness on the continuous intention to use generative AI. ChatGPT, as a representative generative AI service, is characterized by two core attributes: interactivity, which includes personal responsiveness and communication, and informativeness, which encompasses requirement accuracy and information accuracy. Additionally, this study examines the moderating effects of information literacy and whether ChatGPT is offered as a paid or free service on continuous intention to use. The results show that personal responsiveness, communication, and information accuracy significantly influence continuous intention to use, whereas requirement accuracy does not. Furthermore, information literacy moderates the relationship between information accuracy and continuous intention to use, while no moderating effect is observed for whether the service is paid or free. These findings provide valuable insights for generative AI companies, helping them better understand users' continuous usage intentions and optimize their service strategies.
