ABSTRACT

In this paper, we propose a mobile pet healthcare application designed for the Android platform that predicts and manages the health status of companion dogs. This application employs deep learning-based image analysis techniques for the early prediction of ocular and dermatological diseases, alongside offering genetic disease information based on breed classification. Furthermore, it leverages smartphone sensors and GPS to automatically record walking logs and guide users to nearby veterinary clinics, thereby supporting comprehensive daily healthcare management for companion dogs. Optimized for the Android environment, the application empowers users to efficiently manage their dogs' health through an intuitive interface. Moreover, with the continuous accumulation of AI training data and refinement of underlying algorithms, this proposed application can be expanded beyond canine care to encompass various companion animals, offering advanced disease prediction and personalized healthcare services.
