본 논문은 2차 자료를 활용한 연구로, 기관생명윤리위원회(IRB)로부터 면제 승인을 받았다는 문구와 함께 게재되었습니다.
출판 당시에는 실제로 IRB 면제 승인을 받은 상태였습니다. 그러나 이후 IRB 종료보고 과정에서, 보건복지부는 해당 연구가원칙적으로 사전 IRB 심의를 거쳐야 한다는 사유로 면제 승인을 철회하였음을 저자와 학회에 통보하였습니다. 이에 따라, IRB 면제 관련 문구를 삭제하였으며, 본 학회 편집위원회와 저자는 독자 여러분께 이 사실을 공지하고자 합니다. 연구 자체의 윤리적 위해성은 낮다고 판단되므로, 본 논문의 과학적 타당성과 신뢰성에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
본 정정은 저자의 요청과 편집위원회의 논의를 거쳐 이루어진 것으로, 유사한 사례의 재발을 방지하기 위해 IRB 승인 규정에 강화된 조치를 반영할 예정입니다.
