AB - 本硏究は日本語敎育の視點で敬語體系を韓日對照の用例を基に整理·記述することを目的としたものである。
對照資料は最近の韓國小說の7編に現れた敬語表現を選び日本語に對照したもので、約300餘の用例を作成した。これらは韓日兩國語の違いを浮彫りにしてくれるもので文法現象をより深く理解できるものと期待される。このような對照用例を基に敬語體系を10項目程度にすなわち (1) 丁寧表現, (2) 尊敬表現, (3) 謙讓表現, (4) 接頭語 ‘お-’, ‘ご-’の機能と美化語, (5) ‘ウチ’と‘ソト’, (6) 命令·勸誘表現および禁止·忠告表現, (7) 授受表現, (8) あいさつ, (9) 電話表現, (10) 複合動詞および文章における敬語表現等に分けてみた。10課程度の項目は日本語敎育課程で一學期內外に敬語表現を槪觀できる量である。
複雜な體系をもつ‘敬語’を短い時間內に習得しようとする試みは無理な發想かもしれない。しかし文法現象についての敎育は、その全體の姿をある程度明らかにすることで、これから學ばなければならない學習事項を認識させることも助けになると考えた。
