AB - 판매직 종사자의 사죄 및 감사표현에 관한 연구
본 연구는 한국인과 일본인 고객 대상 판매직 종사자들을 중심으로 공손전략이 행해지는 장면에서의 사죄와 감사 표현에 대한 실태 조사를 행하고 그 결과를 분석해 보았다.
실태조사 결과, 사죄 혹은 감사의 대상이 고객과 판매사원이라는 상하관계의 위치에서는 실제, 판매사원의 과실도와 감사의 표현과는 별도로 가장 정중한 사죄․감사 표현이 쓰여 지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.
고객을 대상으로 하는 판매직 종사자들에게 있어서의 사죄․감사의 장면이 초래되는 상황이라는 것은 불가피한 사항이다. 그렇기에 사죄나 감사의 장면에 있어서의 공손 전략(Strategy)은 고객의 기분과 상황을 배려, 고려하는 것으로 좀 더 부드럽고 공손한 표현을 사용하여 고객에 대한 진심어린 사죄나 감사의 표현을 더욱 강도 깊게 전달하게 하는 하나의 전략적 요소로 작용하게 된다는 것이다.
따라서, 판매직 종사자들은 고객을 향한 자신만의 공손 전략법을 가지고 있어야 하며, 상황에 맞는 적절한 공손 표현과 아울러 숙련된 일본어 구사 능력과 고객의 요구사항에 신속하고 정확한 대응 능력을 갖춰, 고객 만족을 높이기 위해 자신의 능력을 키우는 노력이 끊임없이 이루어져야한다.
