ABSTRACT

This study developed a Christian emotion-focused therapy program using color psychology by integrating Greenberg's emotion-focused therapy and Suenaga's color psychology theory within the framework of basic Christian counseling for unmarried Christian women in their 30s and 40s. It was done with the intention of doing so. The study participants were unmarried women in their 30s and 40s who attended a church located in city B. There were 8 people in the experimental group and 8 people in the control group. The program was conducted for a total of 12 sessions, 150 minutes per session, twice a week. In conclusion, in this study, it was proven that the Christian emotion-focused therapy program using color psychology developed for unmarried Christian women in their 30s and 40s brought about significant results in reducing the difficulty in emotion regulation, improving ego-resilience, and improving spiritual maturity. Therefore, it is implied that the Christian emotion-focused therapy program using color psychology is a program that helps unmarried Christian women in their 30s and 40s achieve spiritual maturity by improving their ego-resilience by reducing the difficulty in emotion regulation.
