AB - Purpose of this study is to understand what is a Social Service Employment's Actual conditions and Performance's Performance. To achieve this research purpose utilized secondary data that is collected by Working Together Foundation. As a result, First of all, Social Service Employment's conditions and Performance are forecasted that achieve social value and economic value. Second, Social Service Employment's Performance's conditions and Performance is influenced from Dropout Self-Determination, Personal Management Law, Expert, Expert in Account, Poor People Participation. When considered these result, Social Service Employment's conditions and Performance can know truth that is very complex. Therefore, If we make Social Service Employment's conditions and Performance Policy, We have to consider more about Systematic and Various Access than Present.
