The purpose of this study is to provide implications for effective interventions of the digital underprivileged in Seoul through the analysis of the current status of the underprivileged in the era of digital transformation. To this end, a survey analysis was conducted on the satisfaction and needs of 244 stakeholders of the non-face-to-face digital support project in Seoul through actual participation, and a survey analysis was conducted on the participation experience of 109 participants in the three pilot operations for the support service developed based on the participation survey analysis content. The results of this study are as follows. First, learners participated to resolve the inconvenience of daily life, and the intention to re-engage and the degree of help in daily life were high. In addition, they preferred 1:1 face-to-face classes, and the elderly were considered as the top priority of the inclusion policy. Second, instructors of the support group everywhere participated in the virtuous cycle of sharing and learning life experiences, and the degree of program necessity and help in daily life was high, and they preferred 1:1 face-to-face classes in the form of special lectures. Third, in terms of the support service advancement program, participants' ability to use, re-engagement intention, and program satisfaction were high in all regions, and there was a difference in preference for device by region. The implications of this study are as follows. First, a digital inclusion integrated model and a digital education support system for the digital weak. Second, a proposal for the establishment of a self-sustaining digital win-win learning system linked to generations.

The purpose of this study is to gather the experiences of engineering and science students participating in action learning within universities and to explore the factors that indicate the support they require from these experiences. To achieve this objective, the phenomenological research method proposed by Colaizzi(1978) was employed to identify the common experiences of the participants. A purposive sampling method was utilized to select six engineering and science students who engaged in action learning as research participants. Data were collected through unstructured in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a thorough literature review. The results revealed three categories, ten theme clusters, and twenty-five themes. Based on the characteristics of engineering and science students identified through their action learning experiences, their support needs encompass 'a deficiency in communication skills', 'challenges associated with selecting manufacturing companies', 'an increased necessity for persuasion and study due to the specialization of their majors', and 'a discrepancy in perceived task difficulty between instructors and students'. The role of facilitators in addressing these needs was also examined.

The purpose of this study is to analyze previous research on consultant competencies, which has developed from various perspectives, and to suggest directions and implications for future research. Using a systematic literature review method, 42 domestic academic journal articles were selected for analysis, focusing on the publication period, journal type, keywords, and competencies required in different consulting fields. The findings are as follows: First, research on consultant competencies was minimal before 2010 but has increased significantly since. Second, journals show that consultant competencies are needed in diverse fields, with digital technology, talent development, and convergent thinking being key. University-affiliated institutions have contributed to strengthening the theoretical foundation through various methodologies. Third, keyword analysis highlighted relationship-building skills, service quality, and knowledge as essential competencies. Fourth, the analysis identified the need for a systematic competency model, emphasizing problem-solving, communication, customer orientation, change management, and adaptability. Based on these findings, this study highlights the need for systematic research on competencies within the consulting process from a macro perspective, while also emphasizing the importance of expanding research on consultants' intrinsic competencies from a micro perspective. Furthermore, it suggests that the application of methodologies combining various academic perspectives in a convergent approach should be expanded. This study is expected to serve as a foundational resource for future research on consultant competencies.
