Article 1(Review)
1. The review work of the journal is supervised by the editorial committee.
2. For research papers, the reviewers appointed by the editorial committee decide whether to publish or revise them.
3. Judges shall be experts in fields related to the thesis subject to review.
4. Manuscripts other than research papers are reviewed by the editorial committee to decide whether to publish or not.
Article 2(Selection of Judges)
1. The editorial committee appoints three reviewers with expertise in the relevant field, taking into account the subject and content of each submitted thesis.
2. When an editorial member has submitted his/her thesis, the editor-in-chief selects a temporary editor and appoints the reviewers.
3. When an executive of the Journal has submitted his or her thesis, the editorial chairperson selects a temporary editorial member and appoints the reviewer.
4. Pre-examination is conducted by the editors, not the judges of the main review.
5. The re-examination is carried out by the judges who conducted the main examination.
Article 3(Review Process)
1. The review of the thesis proceeds through the pre-examination process that judges the suitability of the topic of this journal and the main review process that examines the content. However, if necessary, re-examination is carried out after revision according to the results of the main examination.
2. The editor-in-chief selects and requests reviewers within 7 days of the submission deadline. However, the identity of the contributor is not disclosed to the judges.
3. Those selected as judges will send the review results and opinions to the Editorial Board within 15 days from the date of receipt of the review request in accordance with the prescribed form. When the selected reviewers are unable to review the thesis due to unavoidable circumstances, they must immediately notify the editor-in-chief.
4. The review results of all papers are notified to the authors within 30 days from the deadline for submission of papers. However, the identity of the reviewer is not disclosed.
Article 4(Peer Review Process Standards)
1. The pre-examination criteria are based on whether the thesis of this journal meets the scope of the subject, the author's submission qualification, and whether the manuscript editing meets the editorial requirements of this journal.
2. The criteria for this review are 'novelty of research topic (10 points)', 'clearance of research purpose (20 points)', 'relevance of research method (20 points)', 'fidelity of related literature and data analysis' (10 points)', 'systematicity of the thesis (10 points)', 'accuracy of abstraction (10 points)', and 'theoretical/practical contribution (20 points)'.
Article 5(Publication Decision)
1. Papers to be published in the journal must be reviewed by three reviewers appointed by the editorial committee and passed.
2. Judgment judgment is ‘Publication accepted’, ‘Publication accepted after correction’, ‘Re-examination after correction’, and ‘Publication rejected’.
3. In the case of ‘Publication accepted after correction’ or ‘Re-examination after correction’, the paper may include one re-examination.
4. The results of the paper review shall be determined as one of the following decisions after putting the review of 3 examiners together.

5. If more than the review of 2 examiners determine the submitted paper is suitable for publication without any modification (the paper judged to be available for publication without changing the contents except for issues such as misprint, omission or editing error).‘ If more than the review of 2 examiners determine the submitted paper is 'Publication rejected' it is decided according to the final decision of the editorial board.
6. If more than the review of 2 examiners determine the submitted paper is ‘Publication accepted after correction’, it will be finally judged as 'Publication accepted' or if ‘Publication rejected’ is included the submitted paper is decided according to the final decision of the editorial board.
7. If more than the review of 2 examiners determine the submitted paper is ‘Publication rejected’ or ‘Re-examination after correction’, it is judged as ‘Publication rejected'.
8. In cases other than those discussed above, publication is decided according to the final decision of the Editorial Board.
