Aims and Scope
The Korea Association of Education Consulting & Coaching(KAECC) was established to contribute to academic and practical development by scientifically researching theories and practices related to education consulting and coaching for lifelong education and human resource development.
「The Journal of education consulting & coaching」 is an academic journal of the Korea Educational Consulting and Coaching Association that contains papers on education, consulting and coaching in the field of human resource development.
Since the first issue was published in 2017, it has continued to grow in volume and quality, and since 2021, it has been published four times a year focusing on innovative and academic research papers in education, consulting, and coaching.
