ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of shared learning experiences and the meaning of shared action learning community through the case of shared practice learning community “Hope plus space sharing”. The results of the study are as follows. First is the context of participation of the members of the Action Learning Community, which is a research issue. The shared practice learning community, “Hope plus space sharing,” has shown the previous research and other early community motivations. Second, as a characteristic of the members co-learning experiences, the researcher analyzed “communication” and “reflection” between generations that could not be realized if they had learned in a small group of one generation. Third, what is the meaning of a shared community? With regard to the type of shared learning and learning community, we compared and analyzed the meaning of sharing and sharing , and concluded that it is a shared community.
