The Democratic Labor Union organized small groups to control them. One of them was a group of a masque dance. This group made plays to make use of social passages. Workers began to try to find their identities through the plays created by the Democratic Labor Union. Those who were despised at that time hoped to promote their social rank and live in state as laborers. Also, they started to insist their rights, which were to improve their serious working environments and get paid for their labors. Finally workers realized that they were deprived by ruling class. The plays created by the Democratic Labor Union have criticized the ruling class picking structures of the masque dance. The masque dance uses a way of making a caricature to disclose the faults of ruling class like Yangban to the public. Besides Maldduk appears criticizing the ruling class to get laborers' resistance consciousness together. The plays created by the Democratic Labor Union include the desire of workers' resistance will power and building new society.
