AB - 『백도(100℃)의 무대, 영도(0℃)의 글쓰기』는 저자가 2009년부터 2012년까지 『연극평론』, 『객석』, 『공연과이론』 등 여러 연극 잡지 등에 실은 글들을 정리하여 수록한 연극평론집이다. 문장이 간결하고 차분하여 글의 가독성이 좋으며, 동시에 주장하는 바가 명확함으로 글에 힘이 있어 문장을 읽는 즐거움 또한 제공한다. 글의 순서는 편년체 방식으로서 다소 심심할 수 있으나, 한편으로 이러한 순서는 당시의 연극계 흐름을 쉬이 조망해볼 수 있다는 점에서는 장점이 된다. 또한 저자 스스로 편년체 방식의 평이함을 극복하기 위해 주제비평, 공연비평, 드마라투르기 글 등 글의 층위를 세분화하여 평론들을 배치함으로써 평론집 구성의 전반에 입체감을 살렸다. 저자의 연극에 대한 고민과 활동은 글의 순서에서 파악되듯, 극장, 연구실(혹은 집), 연극 제작 현장 등 연극계 전방위에서 이루어졌다.
