AB - The Significance of this study is the introduction of the Milgyodaejang Vol. 61 that is in the category of The Esoteric Buddism Scriptures. In this study, we analyzed the Milgyodaejang Vol. 61 in the aspect of physical feature and content. And it was not missed that when it has been published as well.
The Milgyodaejang was published in whole series of 90 volumes at first. After then, it was made of golden manuscript 130 volumes in whole. That means, it was very important book compared to Tripitaka Koreana.
The content of Milgyodaejang is mainly about holy words of Sanscrit in Buddhism scriptures. It was seen that the material had been published in Goryeo Dynasty of 13C. The structure of this book was applied with the Tripitaka Koreana, but the content was reconstituted. So we supposed that another edition could be exited that was being the original book of the Milgyodaejang. We could derive the publication time of the material from the name of engraver, which was regarded in the time of 1259～1265.
