AB - This study examines the influences that The Real Estate Regulations for Kaeseong Industrial Zone(RERKIZ) has an impact on the unity of South & North Korea on the real estate system. It is the features of RERKIZ to have a definition term of real estate, detailed Cadastre provisions, to show the actual example of a transfer, and not to have rules for settlement of disputes RERKIZ that shows great possibility that South & North Korea on the real estate system can be united for RERKIZ approves Land Usufruct, subrogation which is similar to South Korea’s.
On the other hand it is the critical points for South & North Korea on the real estate system to be united that there is no provision to protect land usufruct on RERKIZ, and also the property relationship of real estate is regarded as governing relations which is totally different from in South Korea. RERKIZ influences on Cadastre provisions of Real Estate Control Act(2009) and systemizing on registration of real estate.
