As a results, the quantitative study indicates subtle changes after the experiment participation in all the questions, and the responses of 15 out of 26 questions related to dancer’s stress turns to positive. It can be interpreted that the experience of Mentastics® influenced ballet dancers’ stress relaxation. The qualitative study suggests the four following features. Firstly, it is important to observe their bodies. Secondly, Mentastics® provides experiences that the mind and the body are connected. Thirdly, Mentastics® provided a direction for dancers to solve stress themselves. Lastly, Mentastics® made a relaxed physical status, which could comfort ballet dancers’ movements. In conclusion, Dancers is reacting to physical or mental stress and will provide the right direction to live in the future.
