It can be interpreted that the experience of Mentastics® influenced ballet dancers’ stress relaxation. The qualitative study suggests the four following features. Firstly, it is important to observe their bodies. Secondly, Mentastics® provides experiences that the mind and the body are connected. Thirdly, Mentastics® provided a direction for dancers to solve stress themselves. Lastly, Mentastics® made a relaxed physical status, which could comfort ballet dancers’ movements. In conclusion, Dancers is reacting to physical or mental stress and will provide the right direction to live in the future.
