AB - As the elderly population exceeding 14 percent of the population in 2018, South Korea has also entered an aging society. It is time to establish safe management measures for the growing senior population, and, to commercialize “Off-line to On-line”, which is introduced the fourth industrial revolution technology of South Korea. A system, which collects big data on the personal activity information after registering the closely located seniors as fellow members through the development of senior care solutions, then shares risk situations with their own and the fellow members when abnormal situations are predicted by AI algorithms, is designed and developed in the proposed paper.
