ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was research the effects of Mat Exercise and Swiss ball Exercise on Erector Spinae Muscles Thickness And Balance. The study was conducted on six women and six men who previously did not do mat and swissball exercises. It was conducted four times a week and three times per movement for six weeks. Erector Spinae Muscles was measured with ultrasound. Balance was measured Balanced Capacity Measuring Device. The results of showed In Swiss ball sports groups, the Erector Spinae Muscles showed significant increases over time, improving the muscle thickness, but the differences between groups showed no significant differences. In the end, matte and Swiss ball movements have been shown to help improve the body's strength by improving the muscle strength of the spine.
