ABSTRACT

This study aims to describe the relationship between recognition difference and job stress regarding organizational culture among local government officials in Korea. Specifically, it is to determine whether organizational culture preferred by members and degree of job stress with recognition difference of organization culture being felt is different, and if the factor of job stress under respective situation may be different. Organizational culture recognition difference is divided into 3 dimensions to reveal Job stress factor and the relationship to job stress subsequent to recognition difference regarding organization culture. The three dimensions were framed along the lines of $` Relation of job stress factor and job stress subsequent to existence of organization culture recognition difference $a Relation of job stress factor and job stress subsequent to organization culture recognition difference value $b Relation of job stress factor and job stress subsequent to organizational culture type group preference.
