AB - Despite many sustainable development indicators have been developed, there are no indicators which can grasp a result of the interaction many human activities affect on nature at a glance. I'll would be introduced the ecological footprint as a sustainability management tool based on the Earth's carrying capacity to present the baseline of sustainability. The initial methodology was introduced in Korea in the form of land productivity is not thinking about the difference. The latest methodology considered of productivity by applying the concept of yield factor and equivalent factor of land type. This paper introduce Ecological footprint as the regional sustainability management tool, which is proposed by the Global Footprint Network and simplified to ease.
