AB - The purpose of this study is to review current issues in practices of acquisition, organization and access to the web resources operating at libraries. Literature reviews were conducted to analyze patterns of access to the web resources, such as electronic journals, bibliographic databases and web sites used at libraries. Also analyzed was information seeking behaviors of researchers how they access to web resources.
