AB - The goal of this study is to investigate and analyse the status quo of the HANGEUL publications, and management of the HANGEUL information resources in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan of the Central Asia. Documents analysis, and direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. This paper consists of as follows : setting up a goal of construction, defining and developing the HANGEUL information resources produced and collected by the Korean in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan, and analysing information resources management, and a conclusion and suggestion.
