AB - This research is aimed to reconstruct Korean public library as lifelong education organization system. This study investigates systems of lifelong education organizations and situations of their employees, and analyzes some problems suggested by managers of lifelong education organizations. Based on this analysis, this study suggests reforming methods of organization system.
