AB - The issue of the cataloging the electronic resources have been vigorously presented recently because of many problems involved in it. The study aims to examine the various formats of the electronic resources mainly centering around the internet as well as the need for cooperative cataloging of the resources. In addition, the study attempts to analyse the CORC of OCLC and the PCC of LC. Based on these, the cooperative cataloging system for online electronic resources in Korea is suggested.
