AB - The purpose of this study is to find out user`s information needs in university libraries based on websites. The data were collected from the bulletin board in university libraries websites. To identify the user`s information needs, the works in the university libraries including acquisition, cataloging, circulation, digital collection and electronic system were analyzed. The results of the study will be useful for designing and developing the library system.
