AB - A special library using Web 2.0 technologies should explore a new service to meet appropriately the needs for users. By applying the RSS and OPEN API, this paper developed a new information service for the Korea Institute of Public Finance(KIPF). In order for the library to sustain in the future challenges, it should participate actively in the developments of new strategic options and technological changes.
