AB - As the IT Architecture is enacted, the introduction of IT Architecture has processed obligatorily by the government ministries and public agencies. Therefore, it is expected for a national informationalization system to be promoted one-step higher through IT Architecture such as prevention of the overlapping development in a future information system, security of nteroperability, effective operation, and intergrated information resource management. According to this, guidebooks and supporting tools are being developed and distributed by the related institutions, and IT Architecture has been introduced or is to be introduced by the government ministries and public agencies where the necessity of it is recognized. To this end, this study inquired a research on the approach method of IT Architecture in institutions where introduced the IT Architecture recognizing its necessity and the characteristics of them, and the details are in the text as follows.
