AB - This paper examines the major determinants affecting the user satisfaction on web storage service. A research model has been designed from the empirical studies on the service quality of the information systems, the web sites and the internet shopping malls, and research on the factors influencing the user satisfaction. And five hypotheses have been derived and tested.
The result suggests that the user satisfaction of web storage service is affected by such factors as service’s tangibility, reliability and users’response to the services. The findings will be useful, especially for those who are planning to provide an user-oriented web storage service.
