In this paper I try to interpret Hume's ethical theory from viewpoint of virtue ethics to apply to medical ethical issues. Hume's medical ethical point of view can provide action-guiding to doctor, nurse, even a patient in a special medical situation. Hume's virtue of honesty interpreted from viewpoint of virtue ethics eliminates unilateral application of duty-based principle. In Hume's case the morality of action takes into account the interest of the beneficiary which depends on feelings of the actor's approval. not unconditional fulfillment of duty. Therefore to Hume the virtue of honesty is actor's character-traits, and it is not an unchanging principle of conduct, but a characteristic that can be applied differently depending on the patient's condition.

Die Psychoanalyse von Sigmund Freud zeigt die Grenze des modernen Denkens auf, das sich auf die Vernunft und das bewußte Subjekt gründet, indem sie das Problem der natürlichen Begierde und des Unbewußtseins des Menschen in neuartiger Weise beleuchtet. Eigentlich nahm seine Theorie ihren Ausgang von seiner Absicht, die psychische Pathologie des Individuums zu therapieren. Freilich erweitert Freud seine Einsicht auf eine Gesellschaftstheorie, nämlich eine Theorie der Kultur, indem er dem im Unbewußtsein unterdrückten Lusttrieb nachgeht. Aber seine Psychoanalyse, nach der die Kultur nur dadurch ermöglicht werde, das auf den Lusttrieb angewiesene Glück zu unterdrücken, exponiert theoretische Grenze in einiger Hinsicht. Vor allem begrenzt Freud die Mannigfaltigkeit des Gehaltes vom menschlichen Leben auf bloße biologistische Ebene, indem er die vielschichtige Natur des menschlichen Glücks allzu sehr vereinfacht. Die vorliegende Arbeit will eine Möglichkeit herausarbeiten, das Glück und die Kultur zu versöhnen, indem sie die Diskussion von Freud über das Glück des Menschen und die Kultur kritisch überprüft.

This research aims to establish a kind of foundation for the establishment of “artificial intelligence humanities”. To do this, we first classify the three elements of ‘artificial intelligence’, ‘artificial intelligence’, ‘contents of humanities’, and ‘methods of humanities’. Second, we will examine the history of the concept of humanities from the humanism of the era of artificial intelligence, called the fourth industrial revolution era, to the Renaissance and modern times. Through this, they pursue the viewpoint of post-humanists who read the age of artificial intelligence and extract the contents of the traditional humanities that they are presupposing. Lastly, we apply the reflective role as a methode of humanities, which is one of the essential mission of that, to the content extracted from the previous one. Through this, we derive five parts of artificial intelligence, which are restructured by accepting the changes of the artificial intelligence age on the base of the traditional parts of humanities.
