ABSTRACT

In this paper I deal with a conception of the Biblical justice based on the love. Above all, justice from a Biblical standpoint are closely bound up with faith and ethic. Man should be moral in order to be faithful in carrying out his duties about God and Man. Jesus emphasized the importance of love. He denies the principle to return evil for evil man, and convert a principle of retribution into one of love. To pay attention to this, we know the new justice Jesus declares is incompatible with the Mosaic Law. Although Jesus mentions to us that we should repay the good with a sinner against a justice of retribution, he doesn't deny entirely a justice of retribution nevertheless. Therefore there are not only God's justice but also human justice to one Jesus told. The former is based on the principle of Love, the latter the principle of retribution. That is formed on the faith, this fits with the positive law.
