ABSTRACT

This paper reviews the prospects of new economic regionalism in the East Asia. The concept of new economic regionalism goes beyond open regionalism that integrated only with more countries joining in the context of open. In the context, We analyses the interaction of ASEAN+3 and derives implications for the influence of the China, Japan and Korea. The results tends to rise a new platform for the trade between China and the ASEAN in East Asia. Nevertheless, Chinese international trading network still poor impacts on the ASEAN+3 and the outside world, United States and EU in particular.
