AB - 本研究は韓国の大学生と日本の大学生、各各の290名を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、両国における大学生の扶養意識の差及び扶養意識に関連する変因を把握することに研究の目的がある。 まず、韓国大学生の扶養意識が日本大学生の扶養意識に比べて高かった。すなわち、韓国大学生の扶養意識は5点満点で3.70から4.55までに扶養意識点数がかなり高い一方、日本大学生たちは1.56から2.40点までに扶養意識点数が低いものと現れた。このような結果を社会保障制度発達の差と比較文化心理的な差から起因することで説明した。 二番目、韓日大学生の判別函數で韓日大学生は年齢と祖父母の数、祖父母との会うこと、扶養意識での差が目立つがその中でも情緒的な扶養意識での差がいちばん目立つことと見える。情緒的な扶養意識と言うのは身体や経済とは違って家族に残ってある固有の機能で未来の扶養者である大学生たちがこの部分の意識までも低いと言うことは日本の老人問題に及ぶ影響が大きいことに予想される。従って,日本の扶養意識が低いものは単に社会保障がよく整えているからに解釈するより大学生の扶養意識を高めるための方案を考える必要があるだろう。 三番目、大学生の扶養意識に影響及ぶ変因を調べた結果、韓国の場合は性別と年齡が扶養意識に有意した影響を及ぼしたが、日本の場合は性別だけが有意した影響を及ぼすことと現れた。 本研究は、韓国と日本の未来扶養者である大学生を対象にして彼らの扶養意識を比べて影響変因をしろべたことに研究の意義を探すことができる。日本と同じように社会保障制度が発達している現時点で日本大学生の扶養意識が低いものは韓国社会に含意するところが大きい。従って社会保障制度が発展することとは別に未来扶養者の扶養意識を維持し、涵養する教育が継続的に維持される必要がある。
