ABSTRACT

This paper represents the first attempt to discover the historical value of the Korean language of the journal “Chosun" and its effectiveness as research material to study Japanese-Korean translation. In this study, I studied the combined case-marking postpositional particle in the Korean language, which is frequently used in article titles. I found that the Korean peninsula is well reflected in the journal “Chosun.” Thus, I was able to identify data values reflecting diachronic change. It can also explain the changes that occur when translating between the languages of two countries, particularly with regard to the influence of the Japanese language. Further, the journal "Chosun" is a valuable source to correctly understand the misleading phenomenon of Modern Korean, which is misinterpreted with regard to the interference of the Japanese language
