Editorial Policy


The journal of the K-Culture Convergence Society adheres to an editorial policy grounded in editorial independence, transparency, and academic integrity, in accordance with international publishing standards. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scholarly merit, originality, and ethical compliance through a rigorous peer-review process. Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editorial Board, without influence from sponsors, advertisers, or any external parties.


Advertising is permitted only in a limited and appropriate manner that does not compromise the journal’s academic mission or integrity. Advertising and commercial interests have no influence on editorial decisions, peer review, or publication processes, ensuring a clear separation between editorial content and advertising activities.


The K-Culture Convergence Society allows the use of AI-assisted tools to support research processes such as data analysis, language editing, and formatting. However, AI tools must not replace human authorship, critical judgment, or scholarly responsibility. Authors remain fully accountable for the originality, accuracy, and ethical integrity of their work. Any use of AI tools that materially affects the research or writing process must be clearly disclosed in accordance with the journal’s policies.
