AB - The purpose of this paper is to introduce the ‘Creative Analytic Processes Ethnography(CAP)’ proposed by Richardson and Pierre. And it aims to examine the significance of multicultural field research. “CAP” is a methodology that is meaningful in actively utilizing various literary narrative and making readers react emotionally. In this paper, the significance of ‘CAP’ is summarized into four categories as follows. First, it is appropriate for the confidentiality and protection of participants. Second, it works in the realm of sensitivity and empathy. Third, it induces research practice by researchers and participants. Finally, literary methods such as criticism can be used.
