ABSTRACT

This research examines strategies for constructing an “untact multicultural education infrastructure” suitable for primary and secondary students in South Korea. Despite policy efforts since 2006, South Korean multicultural education has faced limitations due to bias and a lack of field-oriented infrastructure. The recent surge in students from immigrant backgrounds and the shift toward digital learning necessitate a fundamental restructuring of existing face-to-face models. This research proposes establishment of an integrated public platform, development of immersive content based on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and creation of a multi-layered educational ecosystem. This research emphasizes necessity of untact infrastructure for educational equity in the digital era.
