AB - This study reports a case of hyperostosis frontalis interna observed in the frontal bone of a 75-yearold female cadaver and examines its morphological features. During dissection, diffuse thickening of the frontal bone and bilateral nodular bony protrusions on the inner table were identified. The lesion exhibited a typical pattern sparing the midline, accompanied by an unusual frontal bone thickening. Literature review suggests that hyperostosis frontalis interna is a multifactorial condition associated with hormonal imbalance, lifestyle and dietary factors, as well as metabolic and obesity-related influences. This case represents an anatomical example of hyperostosis frontalis interna with morphological features consistent with those reported in the literature. Awareness of such anatomical variations may facilitate differentiation between normal variants and pathological conditions during clinical assessment and contribute to the prevention of diagnostic misinterpretation.
