ABSTRACT
디파이는 자산운용에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 최근 자산운용업계에 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로는 ESG, 핀테크, AI, 가상자산 등을 꼽을 수 있고 가상자산과 더불어 디파이가 주목받고 있다. 특히 디파이는 자산운용 자체에영향을 미치고, 유망한 대체자산군을 생산하여 투자자산군을 확대하고, ESG와 관련하여 투자전략과 자산운용을발전시킬 수 있다. 본 기고문은 자산운용에 미치는 디파이의 영향과 대체 자산군으로의 가능성을 이야기한다.
디파이 산업을 사례를 통해 ESG에서의 혁신을 분석하고 특히 탈중앙화된 디파이의 특징인 지배구조에 초점을맞춰 자산운용에서 고려할 점을 살펴본다.
