ABSTRACT

After 1987, the policy participation acts of women’s movement have exercised to all of the state apparatus, legislation, and policy process. Women’ movement have supervisioned policies and leaded many discussions by intervening women’s policy decision process and developing alternative policies. It furthered to put into practice state policies and to have feminists participate as policy staffs as well as legislate women’s demands concretely beyond a critic and resistance. First, the results which these acts influenced to the state would be evaluated that they transformed the patriarchal property of state apparatus and state staffs, and let them do gender equality policy. second, the results which they influenced to the society would be evaluated that women’s movement have contributed to seed and exemplify equality culture to the state and the society by issuing and doing pubic opinion and legislation. Third, the policy participation acts of women’s movement extensioned down-up participation democracy and let women catch their own citizenships. Whereas, the policy participation would weeken a progressive property and dynamicity of women’s movement, and this phenomenon appeared much in acts practicing of state’s policy rather than in acts criticizing policy and planning alternatives.
