ABSTRACT

This study aims at analyzing the variable factors having influence on the teachers’ donations persistence and providing fundamental data that could contribute to a increase in donations by teachers who are supposed to play key roles in promoting donation culture through education. The sub-variables of donations persistence was composed the amount of donations, willing to donate persist, willing to donate recommended. Donation amount was influenced by the gender, age, religion, charity’s altruistic motives, perceived usefulness influenced. Willing to donate lasting sex, marriage, religion, donation participation, the charity’s credibility,perceived usefulness, and attitudes about the future financial situation was significantly. And recommendations willing to donate the gender, donor awareness and participation were also recognized the reliability and usefulness of the charities involved. As a result, donations persistence of the teachers involved in the factors reflecting the characteristics motivated the development of programs and manuals, educational and promotional materials to increase awareness for the donation, and the measures that can improve the reliability for charities should be made.
