ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of the fulfilled center obligation to volunteers within psychological contract on the trust of community welfare centers. The independent variable is the obligation fulfilled by community welfare center, the control variables are sex, educational background, age, volunteer work. The data from 139 volunteers working at community welfare centers for the old, the disable, the community in Euijeongbu city located on north metropolitan area were collected. This research made use of frequency, description, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The center obligations of psychological contract drawn from some articles are humanity, support, psychological rewards, support, contributing to the mission, friendship, benefits, fairness, training, and work assignment. The result of multiple regression analysis indicates that the psychological rewards, and the fairness among the obligations fulfilled by community welfare center have the impact on the trust of community welfare centers. The fulfillment of the emotional relationships support obligations to volunteers within psychological contracts has effects on the trust of the community welfare centers. The community welfare centers have to pay attention to fulfilling the emotional relationships obligations to build the trust.
