As for the research methodology, a quantitative method was applied to prove the research hypothesis based on an email survey. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a difference in political participation between political YouTube users and non-users. Second, the results of analyzing the influence of political participation by input variables of political YouTube users confirmed that ideological variables are very important and educational background and income are also important variables.
