AB - 在古代中國, 很早就發達飮食文化, 在這基礎上逐漸形成中國的特色非常濃厚的詩學理論, 就是‘詩味論’, 從六朝到淸代一直盛行不衰. 其歷史大體上可分爲自先秦至晉宋爲萌芽期, 自齊梁至唐代爲形成期, 本文要探討的宋代卽爲發展期. 至宋代, 詩味論成爲詩學的主要槪念及命題. 與以前比較, 更多的詩人對此關心, 內容更豊富更多彩, 宋代詩人所關心的大抵可分爲以下幾點, 如(1)詩味的性格與特徵, (2)詩味的創作, (3)詩味的品嘗, (4)詩味的審美理想與典範, (5)詩味論的時代性. 宋代詩人重視詩味, 視爲詩歌的審美特質. 宋代詩人更細分‘味’, 出現比以前更豊富更多樣的有關‘味’的名稱. 對於詩味之理想風格, 宋代詩人就提起‘平淡’, 將陶淵明推崇爲理想之詩人. 對於詩味之創作, 宋代詩人大都重視‘含蓄’‘自然’等, 還把詩味論落實到具體的詩法之中. 對於詩味的品賞, 主張深味、久味、反復玩味等. 在宋代, ‘以味論詩’的主張, 有時是針對詩壇上存在的某種弊端而提起的. 如上面所述, 宋代的詩味論呈現出與以前相比不同的新的相貌與成就. 有關詩味之論議, 與前人相比, 更加普遍化, 更加細密化, 更加全面化, 更加體系化. 從全體詩味論的歷史上言, 宋代的詩味論承前啓後, 繼承六朝與唐代, 給與後代以影響. 尤其對元代給以直接影響, 明代與淸代也都有不少人襲用宋代的有關‘味’的名稱以及觀點.
