AB - The name of CAIXUE novel is based on the relevant discussion on Lu Xun's.
However, if it as a literary genre, will face two problems，The Four CAIXUE stories which people usually talk about are not a literary genre, they are the creation of a new trend in the mid‐Qing Dynasty， To talk about academic research is an emerging literary phenomenon in the mid‐Qing Dynasty，Its motives are at least three: first, to express needs; second, in order to realize the value of life; the third, in order to preserve the individual academic opinion，It reflects that the intellectual in the mid‐Qing Dynasty on the novel attitude changes， This is a natural phenomenon in the development process of vernacular fiction，Novels to show off the academic approach is a valuable creative attempts in the history of Chinese fiction.
