ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paper is ethical survey and evaluation of the sex trafficking in Korea. The sex trafficking, ruin, harlotry, prostitution, streetwalking contain similar concepts. These things are illegal acting according to the law of Anti-Prostitution Act. But there are many women relating to illegal jobs. We have to solve the problems, it is not easy. The reasons of problems are very complicate and diverse.Actually, We can see three kinds of attitude in the issues. First is a liberal view point. Second is a social feministic view. Third is a radical woman-liberalism. In Kathleen Barry's studies, there are four steps of distancing, disengagement, dissociation and disembodiment. The Sex trafficking is related with social, economical and political circumstances. So We need to use the methods of individual and social ethical approaches.
